The Hippodrome Casino

About the venue

Few casinos are easier to find. The Hippodrome stands directly above Leicester Square Underground station, with entrances from Charing Cross Road, Leicester Square and Little Newport Street, and stays open 24 hours a day, every day except Christmas Day.

It works as well for dinner as for a late visit: the Heliot steak house serves from 5 pm, Chop Chop by Four Seasons runs until 4 am, and all three cloakrooms are free. Smoking is not allowed inside; smokers use the outdoor terrace, which spans three floors.

There is no set dress code, and most guests choose smart casual. You must be over 18, and if you look under 25 you need photo ID. A Premier Inn and Hotel Indigo are both within 200 metres.
